Each one of People Spark’s Associates has significant experience in managing people. Drawing on their different skill sets, industry knowledge, energies and perspective our associates demonstrate how individuals deal with the same issues in different ways and shows to companies how alternate approaches connect differently with different individuals. 

With more than 20 years experience in management training, Helen’s passion is in Leadership and Management Development, particularly for new and aspiring managers.  

Through People Sparks bespoke, interactive programmes, Helen coaches businesses to create and motivate great managers, develop skills and confidence, and build environments that drive success. 

A fan of wearing Converse when delivering learning and development sessions, she’s lost count of how many pairs she’s been through as her training sessions are lively, high-energy affairs!

For over 20 years she led and managed teams including cross-cultural, cross-functional and remote in Europe, Africa. Her distinctive energy brings optimism in the face of uncertainty and complexity, and she shows the rare ability of being as good with people as details. 

Lisa is a chartered psychologist providing bespoke training, consultation and coaching to create engaging organisations; get people right to get business right.

Zoe and Duncan are specialist HR consultants with more than 22 years of experience in the industry. Utilising their hands-on experience in a range of sectors, they offer quality advice and support to businesses across the UK.
